Prescription order by email
For this online service, your current health insurance or insurance data must be entered by us. The only requirement is that you have already been to our practice in person.
Please note that you can only request prescriptions for preparations that we have prescribed recently. For new prescriptions, please make a regular appointment. The same applies to non-permanently prescribed medication.
If you order your prescription during regular office hours, you can pick it up at the practice on the working day after next. Once the postage has been deposited and the insurance card for the current quarter has been scanned, it can be sent by post. Please remember that you bring your insurance card with you when you pick up (if the first prescription prescription in the quarter).
Please enter the desired medication in the following format:

- Active substance and trade name (printed on the medication box)
- Dosage (often given in mg or ml)
- Form of administration (tablets, drops, capsules, etc.)
- Pack size (N1, N2, N3)
Example: Ibuprofen, 800mg, Tbl., N3

Appointment cancellations by email
If you are unable to keep an agreed appointment, please cancel it in good time (at least 24 hours in advance). Please be sure to provide the following information:

- Date and time of the appointment
- With which doctor the appointment was made
- If relevant for us, also the reason for the cancellation
